Season 2008 “Red and Blue Honour”
The boys are in full swing with Shaun Wells taking the Fitness Component getting the boys into to shape. Skill work been introduced into most sessions. The group is well Advanced of the same time last year. New recruits fitting in well and on display in our first practice match against Anakie on Feb 8th. Luke Daffy a key defender, Kevin O’Leary and Brendan Harvey in the Mid-Field and returning Paul Davis showed they will be welcome inclusions, Brad Colenso, Darren Lusher and Shaun Wells showed the benefits of Big Pre Season with fine performances. Portarlington running out 22pts winners. Also congratulations to Tom Dewey for being invited to Geelong VFL training. We wish him all the best in his endevours to make a name for himself in the big league.
